RESEARCH WORKSHOP OF THE REC “COOPERATION WITH THE REC IN UKRAINE: ACHIEVEMENTS AND EXPERIENCE”

RESEARCH AND EDUCATION CENTER OF THE NMU HAS PASSED CHECK AND WAS HIGHLY APPRECIATED BY REPRESENTATIVES OF THE CIVIL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION (U.S.A.)

On June, 24th, 2008 the CRDF delegation has arrived to the Research and Education Center of the NMU with the planned audit check.

The CRDF managers Greg Higgins, Thomas Edwud and the representative of the Kiev CRDF branch in Ukraine Alexey Fomin have visited the REC office. They have checked up financial and working documents, have met with grants winners, and have examined the research labs with the new equipment purchased by CRDF.

As the REC was later informed officially, it had not been revealed any infringement after the check. The CRDF representatives were satisfied with the work of the first REC in Ukraine.

The scientific workshop of the REC has examined the results of young researchers’ works

On November, 12, 2008 the REC Academic Council has heard reports of the last year competitions winners. Participants of team and individual research grants, and grant-aided students were among reporters. Totally all 12 heard reports have been confirmed by the REC Academic Council.
